Diamond Hand Profiler Bits
The vacuum brazed diamond hand profilers / hand router bits are designed to produce perfect roundovers, bevel, ogee and full bullnose edges on natural or engineered stone and porcelain tiles. With a 5/8-11 thread they can be used on any center water-fed tools, plus they feature an internal water feed for optimum cooling of the bit. A nylon or Aluminum guide on the top of the bit rides on the surface of the stone and a rotary toucher controls the depth of cut for consistent shaping. The diamond hand profilers can be used dry too.

Position 1 diamond hand profilers have 30/40 grit diamond. They are very aggressive suitable edge profiling of granite, marble and engineered stones.

Diamond Drum Profilers
Diamond Drum Profilers are designed for fast stock removal and smoothing of rough edges of sink cut outs. The top cover/guide makes the job easier and ensure that you get a perfect result. The bits are to be used dry or wet with center water holes. Use masking taps to avoid any possible scratches on surface that may be caused by aluminum guide. 3" in diameter with 5/8-11 thread.
